Introduction:
Photo Icons is a 32-bit professional icon processing tool that allows you to create, modify, capture, and convert Windows icons from 16x16 to 96x96 in size at color depths up to 24-bit or true color. Photo Icons allows you to convert between 40 different image file formats.

Photo Icons allows you to extract icons embedded inside DLL/EXE/ICL files and save them under ICO format. The software is also capable of creating multipage image files such as ICO, ANI, CUR, TIFF, and DCX to create animated pictures and to optimize the use of disk space.

A screen capture utility is also provided so you can capture any area of the screen into an icon.

For added convenience, a TWAIN interface is also available so you can import images from a scanner or digital camera directly into icons.
